Role Overview

Join Quadient's demand generation team as a Lead Generation Representative and play a crucial role in driving growth for our software and digital communications solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with our Mail Related Services segment, identifying valuable sales opportunities and supporting our Field Sales team in achieving business objectives.

You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on connecting businesses with automation solutions that unlock operational efficiency. This role combines high-volume outbound calling with strategic relationship building, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable results in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 120-140 outbound calls daily to meet established targets
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the Mail Related Services segment
  • Support Field Sales team with qualified leads and prospect information
  • Use data insights to improve performance and optimize campaign results
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
  • Provide regular feedback to managers on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance lead generation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Proven track record of making 100+ outbound calls daily
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work remotely in Eastern or Central time zones
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
