Role Overview

Devoted Studios is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to bridge the gap between game production expertise and business development. This role is perfect for someone with a background in art production or game production who wants to transition into the business side of the gaming industry while leveraging their deep understanding of outsourcing pipelines and development workflows.

You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with potential client companies, primarily game developers in North America and Europe. This position combines strategic research, relationship building, and pipeline management to help expand our partnerships with industry leaders. You'll work closely with our Business Development team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your production knowledge in a new context while helping shape the growth of a globally remote game development company that partners with industry giants like Epic, Xbox, Meta, and Riot.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential client companies, primarily game developers in North America and Europe with 50-500 employees
Add and qualify 30+ new points of contact weekly while keeping outreach conversations active
Manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns and follow-ups
Reactivate dormant accounts by identifying strategic value and crafting opportunity summaries
Maintain a clean and organized CRM with up-to-date notes and lead statuses
Support Business Development team with conference preparation, prospecting, and scheduling
Track industry trends and map relevant events to surface new outreach opportunities
Provide daily and weekly status reports to leadership

Requirements

Prior experience as a producer or art producer at a game studio or outsourcing company
Strong understanding of game development pipelines and co-dev workflows
Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage details consistently
Curiosity, coachability, and growth mindset toward business development
Proficiency with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM platforms
