Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation & Workflow Architect to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design intelligent AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, automation, and artificial intelligence, translating operational needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical, capable of understanding complex workflows and designing practical AI systems that integrate with existing tools and platforms. You'll work with leadership to develop AI implementation roadmaps while hands-on implementing automation solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Map workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements and automation opportunities
Design intelligent automation systems using AI, APIs, and workflow tools
Architect solutions that integrate with CRM, ERP, finance, and operational platforms
Implement automation workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and APIs
Integrate AI models and automation solutions into existing business systems
Advise leadership on AI adoption and automation opportunities
Develop AI implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Monitor automation performance and identify optimization opportunities
Document workflows, architecture, and operational processes

Requirements

Experience analyzing and redesigning business workflows
Strong understanding of automation tools and AI platforms
Experience implementing workflow automation or AI solutions
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Experience integrating systems via APIs and automation platforms
Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, etc.)
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate)
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical teams
Process thinking and systems design capabilities

Nice to Have

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms
Experience with data analysis and process mapping tools
Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
Knowledge of emerging AI tools and technologies
