Role Overview

GigRadar is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to take full ownership of client portfolios and drive revenue performance in the US market. This role combines elements of Account Executive, Business Development, and Customer Success with complete accountability for portfolio revenue outcomes.

As a Lead Generation Manager, you'll manage approximately 10 clients initially with unlimited growth potential, focusing on reducing churn, protecting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and identifying expansion opportunities. Your primary mission is ensuring clients achieve measurable ROI from GigRadar's AI-powered lead generation platform while building long-term revenue systems.

This is a performance-driven role where your success directly correlates with portfolio performance metrics, particularly Net Portfolio Churn percentage. You'll work proactively to prevent cancellations, drive account expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize client results.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 10 clients with full revenue accountability
  • Reduce portfolio churn and protect Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • Identify and execute revenue expansion opportunities through upsells and cross-sells
  • Conduct strategic growth reviews with clients based on data and performance metrics
  • Proactively identify and prevent cancellation risks before they materialize
  • Collaborate with Product, Scanner, and Optimization teams to improve client results
  • Handle client objections and retention conversations with decision-makers
  • Manage multiple accounts independently while maintaining high performance standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Executive, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Willingness to work in US Time Zone
  • Proven experience managing revenue-based client portfolios
  • Strong understanding of MRR, churn, renewals, and retention mechanics
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and prevent cancellations
  • Confident communication skills with founders, agency owners, and decision-makers
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
  • Comfort with performance-based compensation and revenue accountability

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription businesses
  • Previous work in performance-driven or commission-based roles

  • Experience in Upwork, freelancing, or agency ecosystems
