Role Overview

Join a growing company as their Cold Email Lead Generation Specialist and drive measurable pipeline growth through strategic outbound campaigns. You'll own the complete cold email process from prospect research to qualified lead handoff while ensuring high deliverability and compliance standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge outbound marketing tools and automation platforms, with direct collaboration with sales teams and visibility into revenue generation. You'll have clear performance metrics and the opportunity to scale successful campaign strategies while working remotely with U.S. business hour alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead databases
  • Research and segment contacts by persona, industry, geography, and ideal customer profiles
  • Write compelling email copy with personalized subject lines and value-driven messaging
  • Launch multi-step email sequences (4-8 touchpoints) optimized for engagement and conversion
  • Manage email deliverability through domain warming, IP management, and compliance monitoring
  • A/B test subject lines, templates, send times, and CTAs to improve campaign performance
  • Track and analyze metrics including open rates, click rates, reply rates, and positive responses
  • Monitor campaign health with bounce rates, spam flags, and sender reputation tracking
  • Qualify incoming leads and route warm prospects to sales teams with detailed CRM notes
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in outbound lead generation, SDR, or email marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with cold email tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Woodpecker, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills focused on persuasive sales outreach and conversion optimization
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for list management and data organization
  • Experience managing email deliverability, warming domains, and maintaining sender reputation
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA) and best practices
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and optimize based on data
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead qualification processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and campaign documentation

Nice to Have

  • Technical familiarity with DNS records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup
