Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation & Email Outreach Specialist to design, execute, and manage comprehensive lead generation and referral development strategies. This role oversees the entire lead lifecycle from sourcing and research through outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments.

The position involves managing multi-channel outreach campaigns to increase both inbound and outbound referral opportunities, supporting prospects up to the pre-assessment stage, and when needed, conducting pre-assessment calls. You'll work closely with intake and conversion teams to ensure smooth handoffs and optimal lead readiness.

This is a critical role that requires maintaining accurate documentation, disciplined follow-up, strict compliance standards, and protection of proprietary information while driving the lead volume necessary to support company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategy to consistently produce warm, qualified prospects
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners
  • Source, research, organize, and manage prospect and referral lists for optimized conversion
  • Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) using approved messaging and compliance standards
  • Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability
  • Schedule pre-assessment appointments and conduct pre-assessment calls when required
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation with real-time updates after every interaction
  • Produce weekly performance reports including lead volume, campaign effectiveness, and improvement recommendations
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance metrics and conversion outcomes
  • Collaborate with intake and HR teams to align lead flow with staffing and conversion needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end lead generation, outreach campaigns, and appointment setting
  • High-ticket B2B or Healthcare/Home Care experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage technical aspects of cold outreach including domain procurement and DNS setup
  • Expert-level proficiency in Instantly.io for automated sequence management
  • Advanced skills in lead scraping and data mining to build targeted prospect lists
  • Ability to handle high volume of leads daily without compromising data integrity
  • Primary internet connection minimum 15 Mbps with 10 Mbps backup connection
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent with 8GB RAM
  • Functional backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and smartphone
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space

  • Experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration and inbox warming
  • Healthcare or home care industry background
  • Experience scaling lead generation operations
