Role Overview

HireHawk is seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to drive early-stage sales activities in the construction industry. This remote role focuses on filling the sales pipeline through strategic lead generation, automated outreach campaigns, and follow-up calls to support business growth.

You'll work directly with the founder to source qualified prospects and book meetings, while deal closing is handled internally. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on company growth through systematic prospecting and relationship building in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and research
  • Build and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms
  • Execute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics
  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, social media, and online research
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies across multiple channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and performance
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting
  • Experience with cold outreach including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Experience running automation campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead
  • Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Familiar with outbound automation tools and platforms
  • Ability to source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Basic data management and list-building skills
  • Comfortable using dialers and cold-calling platforms
  • Exceptional written communication skills for cold outreach
  • Confident phone presence for engaging prospects directly
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
