Role Overview

ElevenLabs is seeking a Lead Generation Strategy and Operations professional to join our Revenue Operations team and play a key role in scaling our go-to-market operations. This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower our sales, data, and product teams to execute with precision.

As part of our GTM Strategy and Operations team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, enhance decision-making, and drive growth. The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, working to drive revenue acceleration, insights, and business growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Partner teams to drive revenue generation initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources to improve critical business levers
  • Oversee analytics and performance analyses across pre-sales functions
  • Design and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure team performance
  • Identify areas of opportunity and acceleration through data analysis
  • Lead experimentation efforts to guide process improvements
  • Provide performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions from data collection to execution
  • Ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
  • Strong analytical skills with proven expertise in SQL
  • Experience with data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
  • Highly adaptable with proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
