Role Overview

RAM BPO is seeking a growth-focused Marketing Automation Specialist to drive qualified lead generation for our sales team. This is a results-driven role focused on generating measurable business outcomes rather than brand marketing activities.

You'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive inbound and outbound campaigns, creating automated workflows, and delivering qualified business leads. This position offers the opportunity to own the entire lead generation process while working with cutting-edge marketing automation technology and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

Design and execute inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
Create landing pages, lead magnets, and automated workflows
Deliver Qualified Business Leads (QBLs) to the sales team
Support partner campaigns, outbound initiatives, and events
Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously
Define and justify paid media budgets
Optimize or modify the marketing tech stack as needed
Meet monthly Qualified Business Leads (QBLs) targets

Requirements

Hands-on experience generating B2B leads
Strong knowledge in IA (Intelligent Automation)
Strong understanding of marketing automation and growth marketing
Ability to explain strategies clearly including rationale and costs
Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
Ownership mentality with self-directed work approach
Experience with marketing technology stack optimization
