Role Overview

Join a specialized executive search firm as they build their outbound lead generation engine from the ground up. This firm focuses on senior and executive-level placements within Web3, blockchain, crypto, and private capital sectors, currently operating primarily through the founder's personal network and industry reputation.

As a Senior Lead Generation Specialist, you'll act as a strategic partner to create a structured, predictable flow of qualified client conversations. This is not a junior outreach role - you'll design the entire lead generation approach, test methodologies, and build a repeatable system that supports sustainable long-term growth.

This role offers the rare opportunity to shape the outbound growth strategy of a respected executive search firm from day one, focusing on quality and sustainability rather than volume as you gradually build their lead generation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define ideal client profiles across Web3, crypto, blockchain, venture-backed, and private capital companies
  • Research funding rounds, hiring signals, and market expansion activity to identify prospects
  • Build structured prospect lists and outreach sequences
  • Design and refine a scalable outbound approach starting from scratch
  • Craft and execute personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
  • Initiate conversations with founders, partners, hiring leaders, and C-level stakeholders
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the founder for discovery calls
  • Track hiring trends and talent demand across Web3 and finance ecosystems
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine outreach strategies to build predictable pipeline
  • Suggest ideas for lead magnets such as hiring guides, market reports, webinars, or newsletters

Requirements

  • Proven track record generating qualified leads within recruitment, executive search, or headhunting (at least 3 years)
  • Strong senior-level experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
  • Experience engaging C-level and executive stakeholders
  • Clear understanding of how recruitment firms sell retained or contingent search services
  • Ability to design strategy and build systems, not just execute outreach
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
  • Available to work CET hours as independent contractor

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Web3, crypto, blockchain, fintech, venture capital, or private equity sectors
  • Experience building outbound lead generation processes from scratch
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, HubSpot, or outreach automation tools
  • Experience working in startup or founder-led environments
