Role Overview

ChainGPT is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to drive pipeline growth for our Launchpad and Saleium products. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for Web3 founders, token teams, and strategic partners, identifying high-potential projects that need token launch and fundraising infrastructure.

You'll focus on ChainGPT Launchpad, our token distribution platform for sales and community participation, and Saleium, our self-hosted public sale engine that enables white-label token sales. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure and intelligent automation, helping shape the future of token launches in the Web3 ecosystem.

The role combines strategic prospecting with hands-on outreach across multiple channels, using cutting-edge automation tools to scale your impact. You'll work in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where autonomy is expected and execution matters.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound lead generation for ChainGPT Launchpad and Saleium products
  • Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects
  • Build and manage prospect lists across token launches, DeFi, AI x crypto, and strategic partner verticals
  • Conduct outreach via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X using automation tools
  • Perform initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, and partnership potential
  • Qualify whether projects are better suited for Launchpad or Saleium
  • Maintain CRM with detailed activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline movement
  • Hand over qualified opportunities to Business Development team with context and next steps
  • Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline progress, outreach results, and market insights
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams on targeting and messaging

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or outbound growth in Web3/crypto/blockchain/AI companies
  • Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem including token launches, launchpads, DeFi, and fundraising flows
  • Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, outreach tools, and automation platforms
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify high-value opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving remote environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain momentum with minimal oversight

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing leads for launchpads, token sales, or fundraising infrastructure
  • Existing network across Web3 founders, token teams, or accelerators
  • Familiarity with account-based sales and marketing approaches
  • Experience using Telegram as a core business development channel in Web3
