Role Overview

Healthee is seeking a highly technical AI Automation Manager to architect AI-powered systems, agents, and automations that will exponentially increase the speed and scale of our go-to-market execution. This is not a traditional marketing role—you'll act as the technical engine behind our marketing and sales efforts, translating manual GTM workflows into reliable, automated systems across the entire funnel.

You'll work at the intersection of AI engineering, automation, and growth marketing, building solutions that support demand generation, sales enablement, product marketing, and customer expansion. If you prefer building pipelines over running standard marketing playbooks, this role offers the opportunity to define how companies adopt AI in benefits and employee experience at a fast-moving startup building a category-defining product.

Responsibilities

Build and tune AI agents to support the full GTM funnel including demand gen, content automation, and social distribution
Generate automated ad variants, creative briefs, audience ideas, and QA checklists for paid media campaigns
Automate creation of sales enablement materials including battlecards, one-pagers, talk tracks, and outbound sequences
Design and maintain automated workflows for campaign operations, lead intelligence, and strategic ABM campaigns
Build systems that generate full campaign assets (ads, landing pages, emails) from single briefs or prompts
Oversee LLM orchestration, prompt libraries, and integrations with CRM, marketing automation, and ad platforms
Own experimentation systems including A/B test design, website instrumentation, and automated post-test readouts
Generate automated daily/weekly insight summaries and anomaly detection alerts for reporting
Ensure all systems feature versioning, logging, clear ownership, data privacy, and compliance considerations
Automate lead enrichment, firmographic scoring, and intent-signal routing for lead intelligence

Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Growth Engineer or similar role
Builder mindset with ability to think in workflows, reliability, and systems rather than one-off tasks
Deep comfort working with LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt evaluation, and iterative tuning
Ability to ship solutions in Python and/or JavaScript with strong API proficiency
Experience connecting disparate data sources into dependable pipelines
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, goals, and constraints
Ability to partner seamlessly with GTM leaders and translate business needs into technical solutions

Nice to Have

Experience building internal tools specifically for GTM or Sales teams
Familiarity with advanced agent frameworks and retrieval techniques (embeddings, vector search)
Prior experience in B2B SaaS marketing
