Role Overview

Join NATURTREU as an AI Automation Engineer and help build the automation and AI infrastructure for a rapidly growing digital health supplement company. You'll develop AI-powered workflows and automation systems that make internal processes faster, more efficient, and scalable across the organization.

Working directly with the CEO initially, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to understand their challenges and create practical solutions. This role focuses on rapid implementation and iteration rather than theoretical perfection, with opportunities to grow into tech, data, or IT leadership roles.

You'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge AI agents, LLM integrations, and automation platforms while identifying new use cases that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

Build AI workflows and automation systems for different business areas
Develop AI agents and experiment with new use cases
Implement LLM APIs and AI tools to automate processes
Work with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or similar tools
Create and enhance custom automations
Connect different systems and automate data flows using APIs and webhooks
Replace manual processes with technical solutions
Identify automation opportunities throughout the company
Develop solutions for marketing, reporting, research, and internal tools
Test and evaluate new tools for practical implementation

Requirements

Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms
Active engagement with AI tools, LLMs, or agent systems
Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, or simple programming
Builder mindset with passion for creating and improving solutions
Self-directed learning ability for new tools and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills with pragmatic approach
Fluent German language skills
Permanent residence in Germany required

Nice to Have

English language proficiency
Previous experience in system integrations
Background in data analysis or technical implementation
