Role Overview

ZutaCore is seeking a Lead Generation & Events Manager to design and execute high-impact lead generation strategies with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and event execution. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales Operations, this role will play a critical part in driving high-quality leads into the sales pipeline while taking ownership of planning and executing key industry events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in optimizing demand generation programs, building multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring ZutaCore maintains a strong presence across strategic marketing moments that generate pipeline. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge waterless liquid cooling technology for AI and high-performance computing workloads in a fully remote environment.

This role collaborates closely with Product Marketing, Marketing/Sales Operations, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and measurable success across campaigns and event initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies with ABM focus targeting enterprise accounts in Financial Services, NeoClouds, AI Factories, Telecommunications, and Research Institutions
  • Build and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns including email marketing, webinars, content marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Manage account profiles/personas and nurture programs to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates
  • Plan, manage, and execute ZutaCore's participation in key industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Own event logistics including booth planning, vendor management, event timelines, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site execution support
  • Coordinate event-related marketing assets including messaging, collateral, presentations, demo requirements, and lead capture strategies
  • Analyze campaign metrics and report on lead quality, conversion performance, and pipeline opportunities
  • Partner with Product Marketing to craft personalized messaging and campaigns aligned with market positioning
  • Work with Sales to drive pre-event promotion, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Track and report event performance metrics including leads generated, meeting outcomes, and pipeline contribution

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving ABM and lead generation programs, ideally in B2B technology, AI infrastructure, or data center industries
  • Experience planning and executing industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements with measurable pipeline impact
  • Expertise in ABM strategies, account segmentation, and multi-channel lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong analytical skills to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage event timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in crafting account-focused messaging and campaign content aligned with sales and marketing goals
