Role Overview

Join Allstar Services, a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners portfolio company and leading provider of roofing services, as Manager of Website & Marketing Automation. In this role, you'll drive digital experience, automation, and conversion efforts across multiple established brands and new market launches.

This is a hands-on position where you'll lead website strategy, design direction, agency oversight, and performance optimization for all Allstar brand websites. You'll also own marketing automation, email/SMS campaigns, loyalty programs, and re-engagement strategies. Beyond management, you'll design, test, iterate, and optimize while exploring new AI/MarTech partners to scale marketing systems and efficiencies.

You'll serve as the central authority on website initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure sites reflect brand identity and deliver consistent experiences that maximize conversion and reduce friction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead website strategy, UX design direction, and content architecture for all brand websites
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to build, iterate, and maintain websites while ensuring milestones are met
  • Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, UX experiments, and funnel analyses
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies including email/SMS campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Optimize websites for SEO best practices including on-page SEO, site speed, and structured data
  • Manage vendor contracts, agency relationships, and performance deliverables
  • Define KPIs and build dashboards for site performance, conversion, and automation success
  • Architect email and SMS strategies including welcome flows, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, click rates, and continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Stay current on emerging trends in web technologies, CRO, marketing automation, and data science

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Website UX/design, Digital Media, Marketing, Strategy or related discipline
  • 3-5+ years experience in website strategy, CRO, UX, digital marketing, or marketing automation
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing websites across multiple brands or markets at scale
  • Strong working knowledge of web architecture, CMS, hosting, DNS, and basic site performance
  • Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and analytics (GA, GA4, Adobe)
  • Knowledge of on-page SEO, site speed optimization, metadata, and technical SEO best practices
  • Experience with email deliverability, HTML/CSS for email templates, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical, data-driven decision making with reporting and insights experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CDPs, personalization engines, and AI tools (predictive analytics, content personalization)
  • Knowledge of data engineering, API integrations, or growth hacking
  • Experience with heat mapping tools (Hotjar, FullStory) and session replay
  • Background in data pipelines and advanced analytics
