Role Overview

Join Dremio as a Senior Marketing Operations Manager - AI & Automation and help build the future of marketing technology. You'll own the marketing operations stack end-to-end, designing and deploying AI agents that automate repetitive marketing tasks using cutting-edge agent development platforms. This is essentially a product management role for digital selling and marketing infrastructure, where your "product" is the system that makes every marketer at Dremio 10x more productive.

You'll be the person who sees manual processes and immediately asks "Why isn't an agent doing this?" Working closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams including demand gen, product marketing, and sales operations, you'll prototype fast, measure everything, and drive data-informed decisions. This role combines marketing operations expertise with AI automation to transform how marketing teams operate in a fast-growing, technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Marketo instance, email lifecycle programs, lead scoring, and data hygiene
  • Design and optimize workflows that move prospects from first touch to qualified pipeline
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for marketing performance analytics
  • Drive self-service analytics capabilities via AI across the marketing team
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows using agents and n8n platform
  • Identify highest-leverage automation opportunities and prototype solutions
  • Partner with sales ops and BDR teams on lead handoff, quality, and data integrity
  • Eliminate manual marketing tasks through automated lead enrichment, routing, and scoring
  • Scale successful automation solutions across the marketing organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or hybrid ops/analytics role
  • Deep hands-on experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation platform
  • Strong analytical foundation with ability to work with and analyze data
  • Demonstrated experience building automations or AI-powered workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Product-management mindset applied to marketing systems
  • Financial or strategic thinking skills with understanding of unit economics
  • Bias for action with intellectual curiosity and ability to iterate quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Dremio, Iceberg, or modern data lakehouse ecosystem
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
  • Background in finance, strategy, or product management
  • Experience with dbt, Python, or data engineering concepts
  • n8n platform experience
  • B2B SaaS or technical product environment experience
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
