Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that automate data workflows, generate insights, and optimize Business Intelligence operations using Large Language Models (LLMs). This role will be instrumental in building AI agents and automations that reduce manual processes and enhance data-driven decision making.

You'll work on end-to-end automation solutions, integrating advanced LLMs with various data sources and tools to create scalable, efficient systems. This position offers the opportunity to develop functional MVPs in short cycles while building the future of automated analytics and intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end AI agents and automations for data analysis
Build automated workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis
Integrate LLMs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) with tools and data sources
Develop functional MVPs in short development cycles
Implement workflow orchestration using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar
Build internal data query tools using Python, Streamlit, or other technologies
Monitor agent performance including latency, costs, and token usage
Optimize pipelines and automations for scalability and efficiency
Document technical solutions and automated processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in software development or data solutions
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience integrating APIs with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience in workflow automation or systems integration
Knowledge of modern data architectures
Experience with analytical databases (BigQuery, Azure SQL, etc.)
Proficiency with APIs, JSON, and web services
