Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI-driven workflows. This role is perfect for an n8n power user who understands how to bridge the gap between complex data processing and cutting-edge generative AI, with a specific focus on voice synthesis and conversational AI.

In this position, you will be responsible for turning manual bottlenecks into seamless, automated experiences that leverage the latest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and audio technology. You'll work with cutting-edge tools like ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and various AI platforms to create end-to-end automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automations using n8n (Self-hosted or Cloud)
Implement and optimize high-fidelity voice synthesis using ElevenLabs for automated content creation, phone agents, or personalized messaging
Connect diverse platforms (CRMs, databases, and social media) via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom HTTP requests within n8n
Integrate OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), or local models into workflows to handle data extraction, summarization, and content generation
Fine-tune ElevenLabs settings (stability, clarity, and style exaggeration) to ensure professional-grade audio output
Maintain system health, troubleshoot failed executions, and optimize execution costs/token usage
Identify inefficiencies and propose automated solutions beyond basic instruction following

Requirements

2+ years of experience in No-Code/Low-Code automation or Backend Development
Deep experience with n8n nodes, expressions, and JavaScript snippets for complex data transformations
Proven experience with ElevenLabs API, including Voice Cloning (Instant/Professional), Speech-to-Speech, and Projects API
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for custom function nodes
Expert knowledge of JSON, Regex, and handling nested data arrays
Ability to demonstrate previous workflows or automated projects you've built
Detail-oriented approach understanding that small errors can break user experience
Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and automate inefficiencies

Nice to Have

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Knowledge of LangChain concepts
Experience with PostgreSQL, Airtable, or Supabase
Experience with Slack/Discord Webhooks
Background with Whisper (STT) integration
