Role Overview A high-growth AI workflow automation platform is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own the Midwest territory. The platform helps large manufacturers, distributors, and enterprise operators eliminate manual processes, replace fragmented legacy tools, and run smarter operations - without writing a line of code. The Midwest is wide open. The successful candidate will be the first dedicated enterprise seller in this territory - building something from scratch with the backing of a globally recognized platform and a partner network generating pipeline alongside them. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building territory, originating their own deals. Responsibilities Own and develop a greenfield Midwest enterprise territory (IL, OH, MI, WI, MN, MO) Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, events, and channel partner collaboration Sell to operations, IT, and finance leaders at manufacturers, distributors, and large enterprises Manage full sales cycles from first call to signed contract ($75K-$200K ACV, 6-9 months) Run structured discovery, executive presentations, POCs, and business case development Partner with solutions consultants and channel ecosystem for technical evaluations Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and quarterly forecasting Travel across the Midwest territory 25-40% of the time Requirements 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales with strong net new logo track record Manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or operations SaaS background strongly preferred Proven territory builder - experience walking into a blank patch and generating own pipeline Average ACV $75K+; experience with multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles MEDDPICC or equivalent methodology Outbound hunter mentality - able to describe personal prospecting cadence in detail Based in the Chicago area or broader Midwest; willing to travel 25-40% Benefits OTE $250K-$350K (50/50 base/variable split) Uncapped commission with accelerators above 100% attainment True greenfield - first enterprise seller in the Midwest territory Strong partner ecosystem generating pipeline alongside you Full remote with regional travel

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a greenfield Midwest enterprise territory by generating a pipeline through outbound prospecting and channel partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for AI workflow automation solutions targeting operations, IT, and finance leaders.

Requirements

  • Requires 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of building territories and closing deals with an ACV of $75K+.
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP SaaS and proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar methodologies is strongly preferred.
