Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ Hours per Week)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)
Break: 1-Hour Unpaid Break
Compensation: $5.00 – $7.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About Us
Our client is a growing medical aesthetics practice serving clients throughout California. We receive a high volume of warm leads daily through social media advertising and are looking for a highly motivated Spanish-English Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Conversion Specialist to help convert inquiries into booked appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales abilities, excellent phone skills, and a warm, personable approach. Training, scripts, and sales techniques will be provided to help you succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Priorities
Answer incoming warm lead calls generated from social media advertisements.
Conduct follow-up calls, re-engage leads, and manage appointment rescheduling.
Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities
Convert warm leads into booked consultations and appointments.
Present and upsell services using provided sales scripts and training.
Build rapport with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
Track lead status and conversion outcomes.
Ensure all leads receive prompt follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, sales, or call center environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Professional and friendly phone presence.
Comfortable handling sales conversations and guiding prospects toward booking appointments.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Preferred
College-educated professional (preferred but not required).
Experience working with U.S.-based clients, particularly California clientele.
Background in aesthetics, healthcare, medical spas, wellness, or beauty services.
Experience using CRM systems.

Managing 50+ warm leads generated daily from social media advertising.
Preventing leads from going cold due to delayed follow-up.
Supporting Spanish-speaking patients who currently lack adequate bilingual assistance.
Improving appointment conversion rates and overall patient experience.
Basic requirements
Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
Must have relevant work experience
Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
