Partner with Operations, Customer Support, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into scalable automation solutions. Design, develop, and deploy production-grade automations using APIs, webhooks, integrations, and event-driven architectures. Apply AI and large language models (LLMs) to automate tasks such as classification, routing, summarization, information extraction, and decision support where appropriate. Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and tools while minimizing disruption to established workflows. Ensure automations are reliable, observable, testable, and maintainable through strong engineering practices and monitoring processes. Continuously monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on solutions to improve effectiveness and resilience. Promote reusable automation frameworks and best practices, reducing reliance on fragile scripts and one-off implementations. Contribute to the development of scalable operational processes that support business growth and long-term efficiency. Requirements Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining production-grade automation systems and workflow orchestration solutions. Strong technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, event-driven systems, and automation platforms. Hands-on experience applying AI technologies and large language models within real-world business workflows to deliver measurable outcomes. Ability to evaluate automation opportunities critically and determine where automation creates value versus where manual processes remain more effective. Strong understanding of operational processes, systems integration challenges, and risk management considerations. Experience working across multiple systems and technologies while balancing scalability, reliability, and business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
