RPA Automation Architect (UiPath & Playwright)

Position Details: Role: RPA Automation Architect (UiPath & Playwright) Skills Required: RPA UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism, Playwright / seleninum, Python, JavaScript/Node.js/C#, AI Agents based Automation (Good to have) Job Location: Atlanta, GA Mode: Remote work Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Experience: 8 to 12 Years Job Description We are looking for a highly technical Automation Architect to design and drive scalable automation frameworks across backend systems, web platforms, APIs, and enterprise workflows. This role focuses on protocol-level automation, API validation, modern browser automation, distributed systems, and enterprise process automation. You will work closely with engineering, platform, and business teams to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Core Responsibilities Architect and build scalable automation frameworks for APIs, backend services, web applications, and enterprise workflows Design protocol-level automated testing using direct HTTP/API interactions Develop robust UI automation frameworks using Playwright Build and maintain automation solutions for business and operational workflows using RPA tools where applicable Validate asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures Implement schema, contract, and payload validation for REST/GraphQL APIs Integrate automation suites into CI/CD and containerized environments Build reusable automation utilities, reporting frameworks, and orchestration systems Drive observability, failure analysis, and reliability validation strategies Collaborate with engineering and business teams to improve release quality, operational efficiency, and automation coverage Tasks Technical Requirements 7+ years of Automation Engineering in RPA with Software Test Engineering experience Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or C# Strong hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium automation framework Expertise in API automation frameworks and tools such as: PyTest Supertest REST Assured Postman/Newman Experience with RPA and workflow automation tools such as (Any One): UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism Strong understanding of: HTTP/HTTPS protocols authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, SSO) async processing queues/event-driven systems microservices architectures Experience with: REST and GraphQL testing contract/schema validation database validation cross-browser and parallel execution testing Performance/load testing using: k6 Apache JMeter Locust Agent Based Integration Use Agent Skills / MCP to create Tests.( Ex. Playwrights Skills etc) Experience with Text & Image data handling. Requirements Nice-to-Have Hands-on experience with: Docker Kubernetes Jenkins GitHub Actions headless execution environments Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms such as: Grafana Datadog OpenTelemetry Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with service virtualization and mocking frameworks Familiarity with security and resilience testing methodologies Experience building enterprise-grade automation frameworks from scratch Benefits Candidate should be comfortable working remotely in EST time zone.
