Role Overview
The Role
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
* Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and
the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working
relationship.
* Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs and
build technology solutions that support operational goals.
Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development
* Maintain current‑state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes,
documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
* Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that
aligns with organizational priorities and future‑state vision.
Process Optimization & Automation
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and
improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign.
* Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on
efficiency and cost reduction.
Technology Implementation
* Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology
solutions—including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging
capabilities.
* Support project planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and
deployment to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features.
Vendor Partnership
* Collaborate with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners
and provide feedback on vendor performance, capabilities, and future
enhancements.
Change Adoption
* Promote continuous learning and encourage team proficiency in emerging
technologies, automation and AI.
Work Environment
* Operate effectively in a fully remote role, demonstrating accountability,
communication, and self‑management.
* Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
* This role will require working US hours.
