Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Create and write compelling marketing content for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other digital channels. Build and execute email marketing and demand generation strategies using marketing automation tools. Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with business and product marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, messaging, and market research initiatives. Coordinate and manage trade shows, events, and related marketing activities. Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance across multiple digital channels. Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Support innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives and automation projects. Report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with regional and global stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or related roles. Previous experience in SaaS, HR SaaS, or similar technology-driven industries is highly preferred. Strong experience with HubSpot and hands-on knowledge of marketing automation best practices. Familiarity with B2B advertising and demand generation platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is important. Experience creating marketing content and executing multi-channel digital campaigns. Knowledge of sales enablement tools is a plus (Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach, or similar). Experience with Power BI, audience engagement tools such as Seros, and design platforms like Canva or Adobe InDesign is a plus. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and other business areas.
