Role Overview

Join Interdependence as a Senior Account Executive focused on closing AI automation and agent solutions. In this high-velocity closing role, you'll run 4-5 qualified sales presentations daily with decision-makers who have already expressed interest, following a streamlined 2-call sales process with 30-60 day cycles.

This is a pure closing role - no prospecting, cold calling, or pipeline generation required. You'll be provided with a full calendar of qualified prospects and focus exclusively on running discovery calls, presenting customized proposals, and closing deals. Our top performers close 8+ deals monthly at $8-15K/month engagements, with uncapped commission potential.

You'll be selling AI automation systems that drive revenue and operational efficiency to C-suite executives at companies with 50-200+ employees. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology while focusing on what you do best - closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 4-5 qualified sales presentations daily via Zoom with pre-qualified decision-makers
  • Execute 2-call sales process: discovery/qualification call followed by customized proposal and close
  • Close 6-8 deals monthly with average deal size of $8-15K/month
  • Present AI automation and agent solutions to C-suite executives
  • Qualify prospects rigorously to ensure proper fit
  • Collaborate with proposal team to customize solutions for prospects
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of AI automation systems and their business impact
  • Work with sales coach and leadership team to optimize closing performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record closing deals at $5K-$20K/month ($60K-$240K ACV) price point
  • Consistent performance closing 5-8 deals per month personally
  • Experience selling to C-suite decision-makers at 50-200+ person companies
  • Background selling services (automation, consulting, managed services) not just software
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume sales environment
  • Strong qualification skills with ability to walk away from poor-fit prospects
  • Executive presence required for $8K+ monthly conversations
  • Experience with consultative sales tied to recurring revenue models
